A reward of up to $2,500 is being offered by Crime Stoppers WNY for information leading to the arrest of Ernest Brown.

Ernest Brown is wanted by the Buffalo Police Department for the homicide of Devin Lockwood who was killed at Genesee and Mortimer streets in the City of Buffalo on July 22, 2023.
