A reward of up to $2,500 is being offered for information leading to the arrest of Phillip Bickel. Bickel is wanted by NYS Parole. He is on parole for Att Robbery 2nd/Robbery 3rd conviction/failure to register as a sex offender. Mr. BIckel is a level 3 sex offender.
