A reward of up to $2,500 from Crime Stoppers WNY is being offered for information leading to the arrest of William Smith. Mr. Smith is wanted by NYS DOCCS for violating his parole while serving a 12-year sentence for Att. Rape 1st degree. Mr. Smith is a Level 3 Sex Offender and should be considered dangerous.
