A reward of up to $2,500 from Crime Stoppers WNY and up to $2,500 from Erie County CPS is being offered for information leading to the arrest or indictment of the person or person(s) responsible for the homicide of Richard Abrams. Abrams was killed on 8-25-13 on Olin Lane in Lackawanna. Citizens are urged to come forward with information on this incident.
