A reward of up to $2,500 from Crime Stoppers Buffalo is being offered for information leading to the arrest of Larry Goins, Jr. Mr. Goins is wanted by the NFTA for unauthorized use of a vehicle, criminal possession of stolen property, and criminal trespass. Goins should be considered dangerous. Citizens are urged to come forward with information on where to locate Mr. Goins.
